  1. Jimmy, This manufactured housing is so great—did you know that Sam and Kathy Smith are living in one that was put up, virtually complete, in 3 days? I think it would be great if you researched and did an article on Sears houses in the late 1800s and early 1900s. We have a lot of them in Kingfield. $400 or so and it was delivered to you with every nail, nut, bolt, siding, roof, etc., needed. Would love to read about it. oxoxox Susie
